Clayto Artwork

I've been putting up writing something as an explanation for this artwork for sometime now. Well, I do have the time but I was attacked by a thousand Ninjas when I first tried to write an explanation here. Then when I tried again a dozen alien space craft swooped down my roof and started to bombard my house with lasers from their death-ray gun.

Anyway, when I tried to write again for the third time.. well.. To make it short I was hindered along the way. So I am able to write here only now. So, you might ask, what's this art for. Well, this is part of the story illustration that a yearbook in Naga city, Philippines commissioned me to do. I'll be releasing the others slowly this year then release the whole story next year. Vase

This is my first foray into digital painting and I am glad that I tried it. I was a little mum about it at first so I decided to render one of my pending projects (a short story about a clay, I did not write it, thus the cheesiness of the plot but its worth it) and finish it digitally. Here's the by-product, although this is just a testing work, the final pages will be published first before I post it here, my boss might kill me . But I think I did something good here.. :)

Beer Pressure

Good Morning everybody. At-least it's morning from here. Having nothing to do, no scrap that, I have tons of things to do and I am not half-way done with it. I am just taking a coffee-break to relax my already tired hands. Drawing as a source of living is such a b*tch. But I still do it. Its fun and I can work from home. Anyway, I created this comics strip 2 years ago as favor from someone close to my heart (not someone I feel romantically about, mind you, but someone I consider family). I did not bother translating it to English though, its in Filipino.

Anyway, I am itching for a few comments from y'all out there. Comment please. Don't make me feel alone in the world wide web! :)
